                                                                          Charlotte POV

I called Kara and invited her over, after all she had no idea what was going on either.

"What the fuck are they doing?" She said as she walked into the house. I was surprised she wasn't able to get it out of Rian.

"Maybe... they are dropping out of high school." I mentioned.

"That would suck; I personally would like to have a high school degree"

"Same!" I shouted, at least if this was what they were doing I would have someone to finish up with.

I put some popcorn in the in the microwave to be used as brain food. Maybe it would help us think of what the surprise is.

"Maybe, they bought a boat, and are taking us out on it!" Kara said, seemingly excited.

"I highly doubt that, although a boat would be nice."

It was going to be another few hours until we would find out, so we put a chick-flick in to pass the time.

                                                                          Alex POV

Jack came over to me pretending to cry.

"We might get fucking signed today!" He said, continuing his act.

Rian was setting up his drums, as Zack was tuning his base. Jack and I were warming up our vocal cords, even though he just pretends to sing.

We were playing our first big gig tonight at a pretty big coffee house. And to top it all off, the guy from hopeless records was going to be here to decide if we're worth it or not.

Rian and Zack walked over to us, they both looked as worried as Jack and I.

"Only a couple more hours guys!" Rian said, trying to be reassuring.

"Yeah we just have to figure out a way to trick Kara and Charlie to coming here." Jack exclaimed.

The coffee house we were at was the one Charlotte came to on our first date.

"I know, you can pretend to be all lovey dovey with Charlotte and then bring her to where you guys went on your first date!" Jack said; when did he suddenly become so smart?

"Fucking genius!" I shouted to Jack, getting looks from elderly passerby's while doing so.

I practically sprinted outside and sped to Charlotte's house. I didn't have that much time to accomplish this; we were going to be playing in about a half an hour.

                                                                  Charlotte POV

Somebody barged through my front-door, catching both me and Kara off guard.

"Way to ruin the moment!" Kara said, we were at the part of Titanic where Jack died.

"Oh, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" He said; obviously unaware of the movie playing on the screen.

"Jack... died."

"No he didn't I was just talking to him!"

I walked up to Alex and wrapped my arms around him.

"So what's the surprise?" I pleaded.

"Remember the coffee shop?" He said. "Well, I'm going to bring you back to it." He sounded so romantic as he placed a peck onto my lips.

"What about me!?" Kara shouted, her eyes still glued to the TV.

"Aw, I guess you can come"


Alex basically raced to get to the coffee shop; it had a new addition put on it, causing it to be bigger. There was also a stage with instruments set up on it.

"Aren't those Rian's drums?" Kara whispered to me. Everything was starting to make sense, but why was this a big surprise?

Alex came behind me and whispered into my ear.
"You see that man in the corner? Well, he might fulfill our dreams tonight."

A huge smile spread across Kara and my faces; they might get signed tonight.

"No boat" I said to Kara, causing her to laugh.

Alex looked at us as though we were insane, and ran to take his place on the stage.

They started off their performance with my favorite song, six feet under the stars.

this chapter doesnt contain drama, i'll have to create some soon.

and i guess its kind of a filler.
